If you own a business and employ staff – you are the boss.
Yes you can be friendly, in-fact having good relationships built on trust is key to a happy workplace.
But that doesn’t mean you can shy away from making difficult decisions, because that is your job.
Yes it is hard.
Yes it can make you feel uncomfortable and maybe even scared.
* Being the boss is your job. Make sure you do it *
After all you expect your staff to do their job. So don’t expect anything less of yourself
