As grateful as I am to be so busy, due to this increased demand for my services, I have taken the decision to move to an appointment only basis for all 1-2-1 services (i.e. HR Mentoring and VIP Contract Clients).
I genuinely believe that by introducing these systems, the business will be more efficient and my service levels will remain high – which is my ultimate priority for my clients.
Due to increased demand, I am spending the majority of my office hours delivering HR Mentoring and working with VIP contract clients. I have to prioritise those clients who have made an online booking and paid in advance for a scheduled time in my diary. The remainder of my time is dedicated to creating new monthly training, templates and resources for my members inside The Membership.
As a result I am not available for telephone calls for most of the day nor in my “inbox” all the time, so I don’t have capacity to respond immediately to speculative or ad hoc queries.
By introducing the appointment basis, it means I can manage expectations for anyone contacting me. You will see a new autoresponder on my email to communicate these changes.
